| High grade steel participates a general concept for
steel-alloys with at least 10% chrome-contents. Normally high grade-exhaust-installations
are produced with approximately 10,5% chrome-content and a nickel-share
of less than 0,7%. This high grade steel is used also in the household. But it doesn´t posses the aggressive climate that a PRIVATE CAR exhaust is exposed. Our high grade steel exhaust-installation participates the steel type 4301. It´s produced from high grade steel with a chrome-salary of 18% and a nickel-share of 10%. Particularly claimed parts of the installation even participate the steel type manufactured from V4A high grade steel 4404 with a nickel-share of 12% and an additional Molybdän-share of 2,3%. Noble-steel of the type 4301 and 4404 is used in so selective areas like the food-industry, just as used in chemical processing-installations. This guarantees an unlimited durability in connection with the strong processing. |
